Thank you for being a valued member of Shine, As the coronavirus(COVID-19) outbreak continues to affect people and business worldwide, I wanted to personally reach out and share with you our commitments to leverage all resources to protect our employees, customers and operations during this time.

Shine is continuing to operate at full capacity, taking new orders, and supporting Rush, Priority, and Economy fulfillment speeds as usual, however, we will be minimizing visitors to our facilities, restricting” customer pick up” on new orders, and shifting to remote work where applicable

With the ongoing health crisis in the world due to the Covid-10/Coronavirus, many customers are experiencing or will experience delays in shipping times.

We are closely monitoring the situation, following CDC guidelines, abiding by local regulations, and will keep you informed as the situation evolves.
